You are right- this looks like the strongest message possible.
Weird it's a frog- seems to be some significance as 'outsider' royals- Harry and Megan housed at Frogmore, Edward VIII buried in Frogmore.... Could be a slight for a 'commoner' (frog + princess fairy tales style).
