You shouldn't get any vaccine unless you can verify there is a positive risk-benefit analysis that has been done that is compelling. That means you should ignore what the CDC says about the flu vax.

A week ago I had to visit the ER. Blood pressure all a sudden got stuck on stupid. All better and no reason was found. But just posting due to short conversation with the triage nurse: Nurse: Have you had the covid vaccine? Me: Nope Nurse: Have you had the annual flu vaccine? Me: Nope Nurse: Have you had the pneumonia vaccine? Me: Nope Nurse: Have you had a tetanus shot in the last 2 to 5 years? Me: Nope Nurse: Have you had the shingles vaccine? Me: Nope My wife who happens to be a nurse: Laughing her ass off.

I truly hope that's the same conversation triage nurses commonly have, but somehow I doubt it.

Most of the patients I talked to have at least 3-4 Covid vaccines, annual flu.

Towards the end of that Substack article there is some good information on the use of NAC to treat flu and massively reduce symptoms.
