Seriously we don't "know" anything when it regards the goings on of the physical world.
We are surrounded by liars, people pretending to be outraged about the liars who are liars themselves for money, power, or hyperideology. Then well meaning people try to share the truth but they are repeating lies from triple secret moles pretending to be something else. This is a world of confusion.
Best bet, remove yourself as much as possible. Provide for yourself as much as possible. Better yourself as much as possible based on the simplest, most natural concepts possible.
Turn to family and friends, and even if you hate to hear it, get right with God who is calling to you right now.
Abandon the idea that we can truly grasp everything that is happening with our human minds.
