Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote a book while in prison, he outlined in his book, supporters of the Communist party, yet they were thrown into the Gulag, their disbelief of being a supporter yet their in prison, they reacted by lying on the floor in a fetal position sucking their thumbs, and in a semi-conscious state for several days until they woke up to what happened to them.
