Pretty sure the Ted Turner we saw post-CNN hostile takeover is not the same TT before.

He was a whiskey-guzzling, tail-chasing entrepreneur that beat all the MSM players by doing it his own way. You never heard anything about eugenics or overpopulation etc from him before they literally stole the company from him. He was a fool for letting it happen but i bet he made a deal with the devil to save some his fortune. There's a great write-up on it somewhere on Voat & Twitter about the CNN takeover. See if i can find it.
