Another general agreement in religions is that there are (at least) two realities, the physical one we are living in and a spiritual or transcendental one (or maybe several). The two are not wholly independent but there are rules or barriers limiting movement between. Gods can (usually) pass freely and be effective in both: practically a defining quality of a god. Otherwise even their minions have some limits, e.g. demons can only go where they are invited, angels go where they are sent, and lowly humans see visions with supervision. I can believe in aliens, yet that is another can of worms. If there is an omnipotent God, then the aliens must also be subject to his rules. Do they also rebel and cause spiritual turmoil?
