I remember a video from years ago, from one of the Slavic countries, where a man was tied up between a jeep and a tree. He owed around the equivalent of $100 in taxes.

Well he couldn't pay, so they ripped him in half, (arms were ripped off). Will never forget that video, and will always keep it in mind for if these bastards ever show up to take me away.
