Some say trying to use the CBP One app has proven complicated because the app won't open or keeps freezing.

Go to the App Store and read reviews on the CBP one app. People saying they can’t get into the boarder etc. wtf If this? People are in the open writing reviews on how they’re from Cuba, Venezuela etc and can’t get into the boarder. Eye opening!
