My hope is that the crimes are so interlaced,that the links are not yet clear.If you prosecute before you have all the links,many will get away with their crimes.Only pain,love,hate or hope will drive a person.Hope being the strongest.Prosecuters must be able to dangle hope in order to get the bird to sing.
