A lawsuit against the DOJ will only end up costing us more tax dollars. Minimum life in prison sentences for everyone knowingly involved would give me much more satisfaction.

The illegal spying against US citizens (Trump, etc.) are civil rights violations. According to the US supreme court Individual agents can be sued for that.
