Serfs (U.S. Citizens), a creation of the masters (cabal), aren't allowed to sue within the liege-lord (legal) system, which was created expressly for this purpose of protecting themselves.

It's gotta be men/women suing other men/women under the lawful (law of the land) system. Nothing else will work. Until people learn this, more wheels will be a spinnin'!
