Question: How might the US sign on to this abomination? Can the president do it unilaterally? ...or is it a 'treaty' and require the action of Congress? What must the US do to stay out of this new accord?

I don't think the (R)esident can under his own authority just sign this piece of shit. As an American, your Constitutional rights override any of this garbage, making it all null and void.

I watched this man's journey from the beginning. He started out pushing the vaccine and couldn't understand our resistance to it. He put his faith in the medical system and got the injections. His awakening and frustration is something to behold. I believe he acted in good faith and wish him good health.
