This goes into effect automatically if not stopped. We need to get out of WHO immediately! The next “crisis” as they define it will put them in control of everyone’s life. The next crisis they declare may not be a biological one. They could declare gun violence a crisis and call for a lockdown and confiscation and all countries including the US would have to comply per this treaty. The wording change leaves definitions wide open for interpretation by them!
Leave the WHO!! They have yet to review its response during the pandemic. You would think they would hold public hearings as to what worked and what did not work....so it could learn and do better next time. It is like they do not care about World health!

In the US during the Salem Which Hunts , it wasn't until they started burning the truly innocent did people look to change the course. This was unfortunate for those who were already sentenced. Fortunately, Dr. Peterson is not literally being burned at the stake. However, even figuratively this is still very hard to endure. I wish him well and pray he will come through this well.

With an increasing and aging population patients will become even more acute. Hospitals then desperately hire Traveling Nurses that cost more. Majority of these travelers are good but they are not from the community they work in. They stay a few weeks to a few months and onto another assignment. Travel pay is very enticing since it pays more. So even new grads once they pass their nursing exams dream of traveling. It takes years to get an experienced nurse and getting a degree gets one into a job, nothing truly replaces on-the-job experience.
It is funny. However, Dylan has such an extreme need for external validation, good or bad it doesn't matter as long as it is about him. When the day comes, as it will, that he is finally and totally ignored, he may need to be placed on suicide watch. Hope there is family for him to help when that day comes.
