No I believe you are right. He is a white hat and orchestrated the NSA breach to collect data on the stolen election. His job is done and he is perhaps stepping down to play another role…providing testimony? Nakasone is a patriot.

Yes once they fulfill their role, they step away just like Sessions and the Mooch. Nakasone is a good guy.
