In my opinion, there isn't life on other planets. What is referred to as UFOs are spirits that became visible in our realm.
Keep in mind, scientist have discovered we live in 10 dimensions, of which we are only able to perceive 3 and time. A rabbi several hundred years ago postulated about that from studying Genesis.
