WHERE'S purkiss80 on this...HE can give more insight than anyone...I think he said that electricity is up about 4hrs/day...that would lower emissions BUT those power plants are OLD and MORE than like or not HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED to the latest technology in scrubbers and CO2 monitoring...

HMMMMM...wonder if there are any engineers still left in that god-forsaken country?
