Interesting, Going from 3D and on up is also called an ascension. As we use our critical thinking, cognitive dissonance begins to disappear. Good frequencies overcome harmful frequencies and we just start ascending to a greater understanding of all things. 4D is when we started waking up and had to face ugly and difficult truths like child trafficking - sometimes unbearable. We will have to help so many people go through this as they finally wake up. I hope I am at 5D by now but no matter how much I've learned, I keep finding out that it's been a drop in the bucket!!
