No one noticed US aircraft carrier's water tank polluted with jet fuel

Various problems left the crew in the dark, and an attempt to clean the tank contaminated the ship's drinking water, an investigation found.

Deliberate to further weaken our military. Contaminated water at Camp LeJeune too.
