Vets issue urgent warning over virus spike that kills 90% of dogs

New York health officials released an alert which said the Animal Care Centers (ACC) had diagnosed 14 dogs, with the majority in puppies and younger dogs in Bronx and Manhattan facilities.

I pay a vet in Mexico to get a vax card ! They are accepted in Cali , I refuse all shots for all of my dogs !
