I believe that Richard Branson owner of Virgin media/airlines etc., owns the one almost next door. Always felt uncomfortable with the name, makes sense now if young innocents are offered, not saying, but would make more sense than just deciding you want that name!

Would not surprise me if Pelosi owned one or some friends of the Bidens on the Chinese side. There are quite a few isolated islands there I heard.
