Not a coincidence. Could be many tunnels under parliament just like in DC.I live just on the edge of Ottawa in the country and yes, noticed that when I awakened some time back. When I mentioned it to some people coming out of the sleep, they were angry because they can’t unsee it anymore. Imagine they were flying the gay (angry) flag over the Canada flag at one point at city hall. Some current and former councillors were/are part of the WEF. Time to get saved! We are in the last of the last days. Remember Jesus, because He remembers you. He has a plan for ALL our lives. God is so gracious that he will honour your choice of where you will choose to go, Heaven or the lake of fire. Nice reminder for the asleep.
