Would a prolonged govt shutdown due to debt ceiling have an impact on the ukraine war as it makes it impossible for the govt to give Ukraine another 150 billion? Russia would be wise to step up activities during a shutdown.

There's no there there! I still haven't gone all-in on believing there is a war happening at all, or real dollars being sent anywhere. No one can prove or disprove these things. They are out of reach for the normal man. MSM is reporting it, afterall.
