The data was based on the latest American battlefield assessment of the war
Officials also said 50,000 Russian forces have been killed

Not ONE solid, factual, and quantifiable thing is in this article.

I suspect, given their own casualty figures that they're reporting, that they're reporting these men that they're grabbing off the street and shoving onto the front lines with no training are being reported as "civilians" killed. It's hardly the first time Ukraine's Ministry of Propaganda has claimed their own dead as either "civilian casualties" or enemy killed.
