A friend is becoming a US Citizen - but they are requiring both the VAXX AND BOOSTERS to be eligible. Does anyone know how to get an EXEMPTION?

The friend is (understandably) worried about calling I.N.S. to inquire (and therefore 'register himself' as a vaxx-denier).

Any help would be appreciated.

Someone very close to me became a US citizen 2 years ago july during the pandemic. Was never asked about covid vaccination.
