Target is and has been HEAVILY INVOLVED with LifeTouch School Photography.

LifeTouch has been around since the 1930s and appears to have been a secret government contractor disguised as a public business (started with $500 at the height of the Great Depression but had access to advanced printing capabilities only the government had at the time somehow).

It had the task of cataloguing the nation's children, and began creating 3D models of them once the technology became available.

LifeTouch teamed up with a company called CryptoMetrics, which has provided many countries, including the United Arab Emirates, with advanced facial recognition scanning capability.

Indubitably, Bill Gates ensured the same tech was incorporated into the KINECT™ device for Microsoft's XBOX® video game system.
