I remember listening to an audio interview with retired Major General Vallely several years ago. It was a show that covered Canadian and US issues. I listened to it several times, but don't know if it's still available on YouTube. When asked about Q, he explained it was an Army Intel operation out of Northern Virginia. They referred to themselves as the Army of Northern Virginia. Vallely said Trump didn't trust any of the other intel agencies to tell him the truth, so he depended on those people. And they were made up of approximately 800 to 850 people. So, I would say there definitely are white hats out there working on this mess. And I think we are working with other white hats around the world.
