Even the damn nose is different. I think either young Biden got in too many fights got the nose bone cracked.

Shape of the head is the big giveaway with Biden. The new Biden has more of an egg-shape head with wider part at top vs the original Biden which has more of squarish or symmetrical top-to-bottom width. That would be pretty serious plastic surgery to make that type of change, imo. Overall head shape and feature mapping shows that this new Biden is not the same guy.
