The term "AI" means "Artificial Intelligence". The true meaning of that is non organic sentient intelligence meaning it thinks like a human, has a conscience, and can learn and make decisions for itself (the dictionary of 2023 no longer lists it as so). Therefore humans can't be AI, but I agree with your mindset. I think God made us like everything else living in this universe as organic beings, humans happen to have a soul and know right from wrong and can make decisions, but naturally they live under the laws of nature which can be considered a form of machine.
why do you keep saying "humans can't be artificial intelligence"? that doesn't seem like a point tgat needs clarifying, since humans aren't artificial. your post is about the existence of AI. I have not yet seen a reason to assume that AI cannot exist.
again, until we fully understand the soul, we won't be able to say who does or does not have one.
You said "what i'm saying is its very difficult to prove the human mind can't be replicated by a machine. because again, even as natural biological beings, we are also very complex machines."
It is impossible to prove the human mind can't be replicated by a machine because it can't be done. You have too much faith in humanity and its abilities. Especially today, maybe 50 years ago before everything was fake.
And I didn't say AI cannot exist, I said it is a myth. Which means anytime you hear someone talking about AI today they are not talking about actual artificial intelligence. Your grey definition of it proves my point.

you say it can't be done, but you've provided no evidence to make that case.
an ideology based on reason is much stronger than a reason based on ideology...
AI is non organic
do you take that to mean it can never be intelligent? i'm not so sure
