The retarded government couldn't even hire 10k new CBP Officers after Sept 11-- couldn't process background checks (amazingly high turnover) because they found a shit ton of recently hired officers had shit backgrounds-- misdemeanors, drug use (nit just MJ- coke and heroin too) They will NEVER find the correct people for the IRS

It will be the FBI 2.0- But with far less qualified humans with guns
