Post 40 says:
"4,10,20 A,b,c,d,e......"
4,10, 20 are tetrahedron (pyramid) numbers. According to OEIS.org, the tetrahedron series starts with 0,1, but the post suggests that the correlation between the letter series (English alphabet) and the tetra #s has "4" equalling "A."
If you correlate the alphabet with this series of numbers, starting with 4... the 17th letter=1140 (makes me think about 11.4); the 26th letter (Z/Omega--equivalent?)=3654; the 21st=2024 (just thought that year was interesting.)
If the six dots (double ellipsis) correlates to a letter, in this approach, then we get "K" and 364.
"K" and "Q" are linguistically very close. In ancient Latin, they are sometimes confused.
So "Milktoast/Milquetoast" may have a significance in the numbers and linguistics.
I don't know if there is meaning behind this, but the correlations were interesting to me.
P.S. I'm not a "math person." Would love to hear from some of you calculators.
Interesting. Im not a math person either. I think you did a good job.
Wait. If you are associating these with the English alphabet starting from 4 as "A", you would get A = 4, B = 10, C = 20, D = 35, E = 56, and so on. Then, for instance, the 17th letter would correspond to the 21st number in the tetrahedral sequence which is 1140, not the 17th which is 969.
But it seems you have chosen a different way, where you assign the nth tetrahedral number to the nth letter of the alphabet starting from "A" as 4, thus the 17th letter (Q) would correspond to the 17th tetrahedral number, which is 969 (not 1140).
Post 40 implied, to me, that 4=A.
4,10,20
A,b,c,d,e......
That's a jump, but okay for theorizing, I think.
Check these associations and numbers please (Hopefully I didn't mess the # sequence up: I got the numbers from a website--I did not verify with equations.)
If A=4 and the sequences are parallel, then:
a=4; b=10; c=20; d=35; e=56; f=84; g=120; h=165; i=220; j=286; k=364; l=455; m=560; n=680; o=816; p=969; q=1140; etc.
As a language person, I thought the double ellipsis might mean the 11th letter in the sequence: K.
Again, in Linguistics the /Q/ and /K/ are close. Like in "Que pasa."
Seemed curious with all the "milk toast" talk going around. Gratias!
If you haven't access to the DoD Laws of War Manual, here's 11.4 in a nutshell.
11.4 LEGAL POSITION OF THE OCCUPYING POWER
11.4.1 Right of the Occupying Power to Govern the Enemy Territory Temporarily.
11.4.2 Limitations on the Power of the Occupying Power Stemming From Its Lack of Sovereignty Over Occupied Territory.
11.5 DUTY OF THE OCCUPYING POWER TO ENSURE PUBLIC ORDER AND SAFETY
...
Thank you 907.
What stands out to me is the term "trilateral," or "three-sided." Just like the tetrahedron pyramid (ignoring the base.)
I shall read more closely later, but now back to work!
Gaia recently released a few episodes of a new series called "shakespear decoded" which purports that his sonnets contain hidden codes which calculate the distance from earth to different planers via a repeatable equation.
It honestly started to inspire me to try to reread the q posts with what I learned from those episodes in mind.
Dang, there goes two days of sequencing tetrahedron numbers and alphabets:)
