He restated that vaccines had to happen (which they did), while at the same time showing that the perceived "need" was not on him (which is true). He upvoted himself for "getting it done" (very Trump), yet he pointed to Freedom of Choice, which helps people to understand that they are in charge of their own lives. This promotes the victory condition (We The People and an understanding of our Sovereignty is The Plan).
That was major political victory for Trump, and a "The Plan" victory for Us.
Not that I'm a fan of "political victories," and I hope we can learn to transcend the concept, but as things stand, you gotta give credit where it's due.
