I stopped using soap and any anxiety or stress feeling I had in my heart has gone away. I don't get bitten by mosquitoes anymore either. I'm way calmer.
Apple cider vinegar on my skin and conditioner.. Homemade deodorant.
most "soap" products aren't soap, just chemical 'sudsing agents'.
