I receive several regular newsletters of grant opportunities for artists and small businesses. It's a game now for me to open them and see if a white female -- forget a white male -- would be eligible. Nope, every last one either requires or states they give preference to people of color who identify as this that or the other. And some add that the sadder the story the better. So "inclusive."
