In "Deus Ex" Majestic-12 is an Illuminati splinter faction run by Bob Page who is obviously modeled on Bill Gates at the time (nobody had even heard of Elon Musk back then) and his right-hand man is the director of FEMA.

Supposedly there was an group called Majestic at some time as another TV show back then called "Dark Skies" had agents from Majestic as antagonists trying to cover up all UFO activity.
