"It was private property, so they blacked out the video" That's NEVER stopped them before, and I've seen hundreds of body cam footage on YouTube over the years that show officers in people's backyards. This is not passing the sniff test at all.

If the "private property" idea was true, then the camera should have been removed and left outside the perimeter, no warrant.
