I am not a lawyer, but it seems when you fired him, his contract was Voided. This sounds like newsom wanting to tax people After Moving out of Cal.
They tried pulling the same shit on Hollywood actresses in the 30s and 40s. Funnily enough those trying had something in common with the ones trying to do it to Tucker now.

Fox lawyers and the Murdoch's say a bunch of shit... Nice long legal battle of lawsuits. In the end what is said will still be said, no matter what the outcome of the fighting. Tucker has a soap box and it goes where he goes. Good luck shutting that down FAUX fucks. I doubt much will come of any trials but who really knows these days. The only winner in a law fight is the lawyers methinks. Much as the winners of wars are usually the arms industries.
