I think "[unseal]" is the key here -- it's referencing the thousands of currently-sealed indictments.

Fox News reported yesterday Trump is listed as a criminal defendant in an indictment that has not been “unsealed”.

If that’s the case, then, when the indictment is “unsealed”, it would fit the Q post perfectly. “Confirming future direction”… regarding indictments and charges against former presidents (Barry, Bush, Clinton, etc.); IMO
