integrity is knowing that all things are integrated... by doing harm to another, you do harm to yourself. by helping yourself, you help others.
Love that definition… unfortunately most people feel the Pain, but are so self indulgent that they’ve never experienced the Intrinsic “Help” you speak of by Helping themselves, let alone taking it a step further and helping someone else.. One doesn’t understand how rewarding certain things are until they get past themselves and Experience it..
