Notice he didn't say that he didn't declassify, merely that sitting presidents can declass whatever they want to, and he can't do that NOW.
CNN, of course, launches a whole attack campaign based on the idea that his quote means he didn't declassify while he was president. But really: Preseent Trump has already said he DID, and is now making a simple and accurate statement. Is he trolling poor CNN again?
