He left out the OTHER option, the military takes control of the situation. If they charge Trump with treason, a military tribunal would be in order and the evidence would be brought out for the world to see, Maybe this is the reason they built a beautiful courtroom at GITMO with full access for all the networks in the world to cover! KEK
