All my friends and fam are there and I'd be leaving everyone behind, or stay in AZ and start my own biz in 2 yrs..

NH has truly awful winters. The cost of living in New England will eat up that $20K/yr in a heartbeat.

Stay in AZ with your family support and start your business when the economy hopefully turns around. In the meantime, work hard and save your money in hard assets.

Thank you and everyone for the input, haven't seen one person say "move", I have a restored 91 mustang and reatored F250 with the 7.3, the winters would eat those things up... Actually the Mustang doesn't even touch rain in AZ...
