Matt Gaetz just said on Warroom that Jack Smith mentioned "Killary" in the indictment. And said this opens a can of worms in that, Trump's lawyers can ask for discovery of any and all docs related to that investigation. Plus their info on why she wasn't prosecuted. He called it a "big" mistake. (Made me remember, that some here have called him a sleeper White Hat!)

He sure made it sound like a "Pandora's Box".
