Take a man's son away and you're taking away his legacy, his path to pass on the family name.

I suspect a lot of the woke garbage is pure shameless opportunism in the C-suites anyway. You get those jobs by sucking up to the people in power. You keep them by continuing to fellate them until you find your way into a nice enough office that you can demand the same of others.
