Any jury that operates in secret should be unconstitutional! I know there’s a trade off of allowing some guilty parties of a criminal organization to hear evidence against them beforehand but everything in a free society should be open.

Agree. It's an obvious fact that no one can be trusted so we cannot allow secrecy.
