I was vaxxed as a infant and child. Any way to reverse the effects?

Salt is essential because your body creates stomach acid from it. Apple cider vinegar (acid) is extremely good for you and helps to combat inflammation.
Your blood has a normal pH range of 7.35 to 7.45. This means that blood is naturally slightly alkaline. Your body maintains this value very accurately. Any forced deviation outside this range is likely to kill you.
In contrast, the pH of your stomach varies, but its natural state is between 1.5 and 3.5. 1 This level rises when food enters the stomach; it can reach up to six, but it lowers again throughout digestion as stomach acid is secreted. It has no effect on your blood pH so any suggestion that the food which you eat can affect your blood pH (or your body) is nonsense.
Nevertheless, some foods are definitely better for you than others but it has nothing to do with acidity or alkalinity.
