Ig by tiptopp! I transformed a chunk of beef in a nice roast for noon which was flavored with ginger, garlic and lemon. These days I played music, went on making concrete steps for our garden and I am reading a superb book about changing habits. I am glad you are as serene and faithful as ever. I pray for your better being!🙏🏻💐
