Fetterman 2.0 talks faster between gaf words. He needs to slow it down and sound more brain dead. His body language also. Jabbed/damaged pre "Hamlin" Fetterman was littlerally a Frankenstein. This guy is selling the dumb and dumber routine but he's still got work to do to really nail it. I suppose it's communicating what is needed though.
