We all need to keep in mind that National Guard units around the nation do drills and training in the months of June through August. I'm NOT saying that nothing is going on, just to temper our speculation with known realities.

No, and I would agree with that. So maybe the annual "drill season" for the National Guard is being used as cover for actual operations, I'll wait and see. I don't disagree with you, just bringing some objectivity to the table.
Military equipment isn't easy to move around without people noticing. Just say it's a "training exercise."
