I hear nicotine itself is beneficial to the body. It's all the other stuff they add to the tobacco, as well as the fact that you're inhaling smoke, which contains Carbon Monoxide.
Of course the info about nicotine itself is not easy to find online, everything is about smoking cigarettes. No surprise there.
Anybody have any links to studies done purely on nicotine? I tried finding some a couple years ago but all that came up was anti-cigarette articles
