"ENABLING" never works. Government / State and Federal "Hand Out Programs" are a mirror image of handing out crack and meth out on the streets of America. A successful political career should be graded on how much BULLSHIT he or she repealed and get's thrown OFF the law books, instead of producing more useless trash. - CHEFF10BRS !
